This is in overall good condition it does have some wear from use along with scratches and rust. Im not sure if its 100 percent complete. It does get hot when plugged in not tested further than that. Boxes of dies look mostly complete may just need to be organized. Check pictures for condition as they are part of the description. Sold as is please message me with any questions.
