Large 13″ Italian Hand painted majolica plate. Made on commission for Amalfi Ceramics In San Francisco which was a high-end import store which has since closed down. Consequently, it is not signed by the artist but in shape and style it is very similar to the works by Deruta artist Eugenio Ricciarelli. Either way, this is a lovely well made unmistakably Italian majolica platter in perfect unused condition with no chips and no knife marks or scratches. 13″ diameter.
