Shipping costs is calculated based on the value, size and weight of the item and the service through which it is shipped. Please allow at least 5-7 business days to receive your order. As the pandemic may cause delays, be aware that sometimes packages may take longer than expected to meet their destinations. Once the package is picked up, we no longer have any influence over how soon you may receive it. We ask for your patience in this matter and provide tracking to help you. Please note that we do not offer local pickup. Warranty & Returns All purchases are sold “as is” and clearly described. If you want a refund for any reason other than the item is defective or not as described, you can request a refund within 15 days of the date it was delivered. In this case when the item is no longer needed, a refund will be made minus a 20% restocking fee. You must return the item in original packaging without any damage and request an RMA# before shipping. Please ship items to us insured and use a means to track them. You are responsible for all return shipping costs. If the item was damaged in shipping, please keep all original boxes and packaging material. You will need to let us know within 5 days of delivery so that we can file a claim with the shipper. We will then arrange a pickup of the item so that it can be returned to us. In some cases we may ask you to ship it to us and in these cases we will reimburse you for the shipping charges after we receive and inspect the item. In these cases of items damaged after shipped we will generally provide a full refund. Items that have been damaged after arrival, tampered, abused, or in any way altered from their original condition, will NOT be acceptable returns.
